Install MSMPI (runtime)

For serial running:
    put lcode.exe in working directory with your lcode.cfg and run it with double-click

For parallel running:
    put lcode.exe in working directory with your lcode.cfg
    and run 'mpiexec -n <cpu-number> lcode.exe' in command line
